Sunset Villa Ceara
The contemporary Villa Ceara sits in its large private gardens
just 20m from the stunning beach of Cumbco, North East Brazil.
Villa Ceara is directly behind our Sunset Beach Hotel!
Perfect for groups of friends – this house was designed
for socialising and parties! Its large garden is perfect
for football games, the swimming pool is big and fun, and
the sun terraces provide relaxing spaces. The large barbeque
area provides you with the all important outdoor cooking,
and cold beer from the freezer!
Inside it gets even better – the large living area
sofa seats everyone, perfect to check the action on the
pool table, or the TV… this living area leads down
three steps into the very large open plan dinning and kitchen
area, enough table space for all, and lots of room to cook
up some great food. We said the house was contemporary;
well its indoor tropical garden definite fits the bill there.
The rooms in Villa Ceara are all full or Art from around
Brazil – mainly from the Belem area – adding
nice touches that really make it feel like home.
There are two well-sized double rooms and three well-sized
twin rooms all of which have on-suite bathrooms with hot
water showers, air-conditioning and safety deposit boxes.
The two rooms on the first floor open on the balcony.
The master bedroom is on the first floor of the villa and
is certainly big enough – the king size bed looks
lost in it! Complete with massive walk in wardrobe area,
big bathroom and lounge area with TV and sofas, air-conditioning,
the room opens onto the large balcony.
For groups that need an extra room there is also a separate
Bungalow in the grounds of the Villa, providing a very large
and superbly decorated open plan kitchen and living area,
adjoining to a large bedroom with kind size bed, wardrobes
and large bathroom, all air-conditioned. This is rented
in addition to the villa.
Being located just behind the Sunset Beach Hotel is ideal,
giving direct access to the beach, and also to the facilities
of the Hotel. But don’t forget both properties are
totally separate, so for families or friends the Villa can
be completely private and secure.
We can provide a cook for an extra cost of R$400 per week,
and also have on hand drivers and guides to show you the
area – also refer to the Activities area of this web
site for information.
Cleaning and all linen is included in the cost of the Villa.

that can be rented in addition to the villa.
The large open plan living, dining and kitchen provides
allot of luxury space, whilst the bedroom is very large
with king size bed, big wardrobes and huge bathroom.
The bungalow is full air-conditioned and a very peaceful
and relaxing suite.
