Sunset Beach Hotel is situated on the stunning beach of
Cumbuco in the North East of Brazil. The Hotel is located
1km from the lively village centre, with the golden sand
of the beach stretching out to the Atlantic Ocean…its
perfect for kitesurfers and a wonderful place for a relaxing
and tranquil beach holiday.
The Hotel boasts 12 rooms in total, 4 of which are luxury
suits, having a separate living area and bedroom, the “standard”
rooms are all of a good size though – all the rooms,
and the Hotel in general is furnished lavishly – it’s
a former beach mansion – you really feel at home here,
and can live the life…

Our Restaurant serves a range of snacks, light lunches and
full meals throughout the day – something to suite
everyone’s tastes…along with the Bar that serves
fresh juices, beers, cocktails and shots!
The large grass lawn is perfect for kitesurfers to rig up
there kite equipment, we even have a compressor –
and any help you may need with Kitesurfing, our partner
school Hi-Life is always on hand. With epic conditions right
opposite the hotel, and the lagoa de cauipe just a 4.5km
downwinder away its no wonder why the pro riders choose
to stay with us!
We have a masseur, WiFi Internet, Pool Table, Table Tennis
and most importantly a great Swimming pool that overlooks
the beach and Ocean, with great sundecks and terraces.

Luxury Suite One
Situated on the ground floor at the far end of the mansion
you can relax on the terrace sofas looking across the garden
and the beach to the ocean… The large living area
has sofas, TV, Fridge and dinning table – great for
private romantic meals… The bedroom has a double bed,
air-conditioning, safety deposit box and wardrobe. The large
bathroom has a hot water shower.
Luxury Suite Two
Situated on the ground floor near the end of the mansion
you can relax on the terrace sofas looking across the garden
and the beach to the ocean…
The living area has sofas, TV, Fridge, and Art – a
place to relax with a cocktail maybe? This leads onto the
very well sized bedroom, which has a double bed, wardrobe,
safety deposit box and air-conditioning – the bathroom
is large with a hot water shower.
Luxury Suite Three
Situated on the first floor at the far end of the mansion
the private balcony is definitely the place to watch the
sunrise from, with amazing views of the Ocean – a
special place to admire the beauty of the beach…
The living area is complete with sofas, TV, Fridge, and
Art… the large bedroom has a double bed, safety deposit
box, wardrobes and air-conditioning. The bathroom is truly
huge, with a hot water shower.
Luxury Suite Four – the master bedroom
The master bedroom of this former beach mansion is Suite
Four! Want to experience opulence, then book in here! The
suite is located on the first floor in the centre of the
hotel. The king size bed is, well fit for a king –
with views of the garden, beach and ocean! Suite 4 does
not have a separate living area, its just massive –
so plenty of room for two sofas… the balcony is massive
– an impressive place to soak up the view. There is
a walk in wardrobe, safety deposit box, hot water shower
and air-conditioning.
Room Five
Situated on the first floor with a stunning balcony with
great views – Room Five has a double bed, wardrobe,
safety deposit box, fridge and air-conditioning –
the bathroom has a hot water shower.
Room Six
Situated on the first floor with a stunning balcony with
great views – Room Six has a double bed, wardrobe,
safety deposit box, fridge and air-conditioning –
the bathroom has a hot water shower.
Room Severn
Situated on the first floor at the back of the property
– Room Severn has a double bed, wardrobe, safety deposit
box, and air-conditioning – the bathroom has a hot
water shower.
Room Eight
This room is situated on the ground floor looking out over
the garden with views to the beach and ocean, with sofas
on the terrace outside. Room Eight has two twin beds, wardrobe,
safety deposit box and air-conditioning. The bathroom has
a hot water shower. This room can connect to Room Nine with
a private back corridor.
Room Nine
This room is situated on the ground floor looking out over
the garden with views to the beach and ocean, with sofas
on the terrace outside. Room Nine has two twin beds, wardrobe,
safety deposit box and air-conditioning. The bathroom has
a hot water shower. This room can connect to Room Eight
with a private back corridor.
Room Ten
Situated on the first floor on the left hand side of the
mansion Room Ten has a separate living area with TV and
sofas, Fridge and safety deposit box. The bedroom is a good
size with a double bed and wardrobes; the bathroom has a
hot water shower. Due to the location a cooling breeze blows
through the slatted windows, however there is also air-conditioning.
Room Ten has a beach and sea view.
