Sunset Beach Hotel Cumbuco: The nicest beach hotel in Cumbuco. It has 12 bedrooms, all suites, of which 6 have their own living room. It is located directly on the beach. All rooms have their own bathroom, 7 rooms have their own livingroom (1,2,3,4,10,11 and 12). Nine rooms have aircoditioning, only 10,11 and 12 have not but they do not need them for there is always a nice breeze up there. There is a wireless internet connection on the whole terrain. There is a TV room with satelliet TV. The bar/restaurant opens at 06.30 and closes after the last guest left.

Breakfast is not included but there is a large buffet breakfast available for everybody staying in the Beach Hotel for 10 reais per person. In the price of the house and/or apartments is included a maid service so you get clean sheets and towels twice a week. A cook can be provided for 30 Reais (about 10 Euro) per day if you rent the main part of the house. The house is protected by motion detectors and cameras. A laptop computer can be rented for 35 Euro per week (800 Euro deposit required).

Location: The villa with its own large swimming pool, sauna and football pitch is located on a fenced off terrain of 4500 m2 on the beach of Cumbuco and is its only 700 meters from the town center and approximately 1 kilometer from the beautiful lake of Lagoa de Banana
