Villa Lagoa 2
A beautiful villa with six bedrooms, which can easily house 14 people. Situated on the waterfront of the stunning lake Lagoa de Banana. Location: The villa is 3 kms away from the beach of Cumbuco and 5 kms from the town center. 
In the price included is maid service so you get clean sheets and towels twice a week. A cook can be provided for 30 Reais per day (about 10 Euro) per day. We can arrange a rental car for you, see our car rental page. We can also get you an English speaking guide/driver that can show you the surroundings and can take you to Fortaleza whenever you want. This costs 400 Reais (about 140 Euro) per week. At the top of the picture is Cumbuco, the large lake is Lagoa do Banana.Location: The villa is 3 kms away from the beach of Cumbuco and 5 kms from the town center.
Villa details: The sun deck is 11 meter x 10 meter with swimming pool of 9 x 7 meter (depth varies from 80 cm to 1.9 meter) with special part for children of 3,7 x 3,7 meter. Sauna 2,9 meter x 2.10 meter
The villa has a large living room of 15 x 11 meter with a snooker table and on the first floor a television room of 7 meter x 6 meter. The kitchen is 5,7 meter x 3,4 meter with a smaller kitchen of 4,4 x 3 meter.
The kitchen is stocked with: freezer, refrigerator, cooker and all kitchen utensils.
Bedroom 1: 5 meter x 4 meter, bathroom 3,1 meter x 1.6 meter,(with toilet and shower) bed 2.1 meter x 1.8 meter. Bedroom 2: 4,3 meter x 4 meter, bathroom 2,4 meter x 1.4 meter,(with toilet and shower) 3 beds of 1.8 meter x 0.90 meter.
Bedroom 3: 5 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 3 meter x 1.6 meter,(with toilet and shower) bed 1.9 meter x 1.8 meter. Bedroom 4: 5 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 5.1 meter x 1.6 meter,(with toilet and shower) bed 1.9 meter x 1.8 meter.
Bedroom 5: 5 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 3,5 meter x 1.8 meter,(with toilet and shower) 1 bed 2 meter x 1.9 meter. (can made changed into 2 beds of 2 meter x 0,95 meter) and one bed of 1.9 meter x 1.8 meter (can made changed into 2 beds of 1,9 meter x 0,9 meter)and 1 bed van 1.9 meter x 1.8 meter bedroom 6: 7,7 meter x 4 meter, bathroom 3,9 meter x 2,4 meter, with toilet and shower) bed 2 meter x 1.8 meter ( with balcony). Room has a small refrigerator.
On the premises lives a caretaker who can, on request, be asked to do the household work. Nearby available are a motor boat, canoes, a jangada (a small wooden local fishing boat) and a jet ski that are available for rent, it is also possible to wakeboard, or to take lessons in wakeboarding.
