This Villa costs 450 Reais (± € 160) per day

A beautiful villa with seven bedrooms, which can easily house 15 people. Situated on the waterfront of the stunning lake Lagoa de Banana. Villa Details: The villa is situated on a completely fenced off, well protected, area of 60m x 150m (9000m2) with a lush garden that has a swimming pool and a private tennis court.

At the top of the picture is Cumbuco, the large lake is Lagoa do Banana.

In the price included is maid service so you get clean sheets and towels twice a week. A cook can be provided for 30 Reais (± 10 Euro per day)per day. The house has an Internet connection. The house is protected by motion detectors and cameras.

We can arrange a rental car for you, see our car rental page. We can also get you an English speaking guide/driver that can show you the surroundings and can take you to Fortaleza whenever you want. This costs 400 Reais (± 140 Euro) per week.

Location: The villa is 3 kms away from the beach of Cumbuco and 5 kms from the town center.

The villa is situated on a completely fenced off, well protected, area of 60m x 150m (9000m2) with a lush garden that has a swimming pool and a private tennis court. Only 6 of the 7 bedrooms are rented out, the seventh belongs to the owner and is not for rent.

Living room: 8.6 meter x 13,5 meter with its own toilet. Radio, CD player, color TV and computer with high speed Internet connection are available for use.

Kitchen: 4 x 3,80 meter with a small extra kitchen area of 4.4 x 4.2 meter. The kitchen is stocked with: freezer, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, toaster, cooker , ironing appliances and all kitchen utensils.

Outside area with a roof: 4,20 meter x 13.5 meter with snooker table and ping pong table.

Bedroom 1: 7 meter x 3,60 meter , bathroom 2,5 meter x 1,5 meter (toilet and shower ) Bed 2 meter x 1,6 meter (room with air-conditioning).

Bedroom 2: 6,4 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 2,5 meter x 1,5 meter(toilet and shower) 1 bed of 2 meter x 1,80 meter. Can be changed into 2 beds of 2 meter x .90 cm and 1 bed of 2 meter x .90 cm (room with air-conditioning).

Bedroom 3: 6,4 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 2,5 meter x 1.5 meter (toilet and shower ) 1 bed of 2 meter x 1,80 meter, can be changed into 2 beds of 2 meter x 0,90 cm and 2 beds of 2 meter x 0,90 meter (room with air-conditioning).

Bedroom 4: 6,4 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 2,5 meter x 1.5 meter(toilet and shower) 1 bed of 1.90 x 2.10 meter and 1 bed of 2 meter x 0,90 meter (room with air-conditioning).

Bedroom 5: 6,4 meter x 3,6 meter, bathroom 2,5 meter x 1.5 meter(toilet and shower) 3 beds of 2 meter x 0,90 meter (room with air-conditioning).

Bedroom 7: 5,5 meter x 3,20 meter, bathroom 3 meter x 1,40 meter.(Toilet and shower) 1 bed of 1.60 x 2 meter.

A beautiful sun deck is located next to the lake, it is 18.5 meter x 17 meter large and has a private swimming pool of 10,5 x 6,5 meter (depth is of 0,8 meter to 1.4 meter) and private sauna of 3,5 meter x 3,2 meter. The sun deck has a refrigerator and a freezer.

On the premises lives a caretaker who can, on request, be asked to do the household work. The villa has its own tennis court, a motor boat, canoes, a jangada (a small wooden local fishing boat) and a jet ski that are available for rent, it is also possible to wakeboard, or to take lessons in wakeboarding.
