Villa Ceara CumbucoBetween October 1 and February 1 this house is part of the Sunset Beach Hotel and therefore not rented out as a house during this period.
This magnificent villa has 6 bedrooms. There is a a large swimming pool, a sun deck, and a barbecue area. In the downstairs part of the living room there is a tropical garden, a large couch and a big diner table. The total area is 1600m2 and the house is located 30 meters from the beach and less than 1 kilometer from the town center. If you rent the whole house the price is 450 Reais (± 160 Euro per day). In the price included is maid service so you get clean sheets and towels twice a week. A cook can be provided for 30 reais per day. The whole terrain of the house has a wireless Internet connection. The house is protected by motion detectors and cameras. A laptop computer can be rented for 35 Euro per week (800 Euro deposit required). We can arrange a rental car for you, see our car rental page. Villa information: Location: The villa is located 30 meters from the beach of Cumbuco. The town center is only one kilometer away of the villa and about 3 kms from the beautiful Lagoa de Banana and the same from the kite spot Lagoa de Cauipe.  
Living room: 6,9 x 4,7 meter and 7,9 by 10 meter (with a fully furnished open kitchen with fridge, freezer and a stove). The living room has a toilet, large TV, stereo, DVD player, and a snooker table. The garden has a sun deck of 20x 15.5 meter with a swimming pool of 6 x 5.5 meter ( depth of 1.2 to 1.75 meter), a barbecue and a freezer.
