All our villas have a housekeeper to do the cleaning, the garden and the pool. This is included in the price. The minimal period to rent a villa or apartment is 7 days. A reservation will be confirmed when a downpayment of 50% has been received on the bankaccount of the owner. The remaining 50% must be paid in Brazil on arrival. We will make sure that you will arrive in a clean house. To make this possible and to keep it so we trust that you will treat the house and everything in it as if it were your own.
