We are located in the North East of Brazil in the village
of Cumbuco and the city of Fortaleza.

Currently we have the Sunset Beach Hotel that is situated
on the stunning beach of Cumbuco, which is famous for its
amazing kitesurfing conditions and wonderful wind.
The two Villas on the Lagoa do Banana provides luxury living
in a beautiful setting and direct access to the lagoa where
you can wakeboard, Jet Ski and relax.
Villa Ceara is situated behind our Sunset Beach Hotel; the
villa provides the perfect place for groups of friends to
have a private villa but with access to the beach, and at
a great price.
For people looking for more simple accommodations and to
stay for long periods we have an apartment in the centre
of Cumbuco, on the plaza.
Fortaleza is a great city with lots of shopping, great restaurants,
bars and some excellent nightclubs. Our 5 apartments are
situated in the best areas of the city, we have 2 on Beira
Mar with its famous night market, and 3 opposite the beach
of Praia Iracema.
